Are you a passionate and skilled BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a dedicated part-time, in-home Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
Job Responsibilities
As an in-home BCBA, you will:
- Conduct initial and ongoing functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and oversee ABA programs tailored to client needs, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff, ensuring program fidelity.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide training and support, ensuring ABA strategies are applied consistently.
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and maintain thorough, compliant documentation.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of New York.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience in providing in-home ABA services preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
